But whatever, I'm pretty sure that the low-carb diet is a conspiracy of the beef/chicken/general protein/left wing industries anyhow. If carbs were so bad I'd weigh like 300 pounds but I in fact weigh about 155 and have maybe added 2-3 pounds this summer despite eating tons of protein and lifting at least 3 times a week.
also, why does everything I cook have absolutely no taste? It could be that I don't marinate anything any longer than 30 seconds, but man, all these piss-poor quality meals leave me very unsatisfied and needing either chocolate milk or PBJ. At least I eat out for lunch everyday, but that is pricey
hmm, nothing else to complain about for now, other than my left elbow / forearm seems to be hurting for no particular reason. It was so bad that I was in considerable pain when I tried to lift at the gym earlier. Time to reach for the Ben-Gay cream
