played bball this morning, only 1 game though ... I forgot that the Sunday players have this system of showing up 30 minutes before the gym even opens so they can play in the first game. Anyways my team lost by 2, I hit like 5 or 6 shots in a row but missed 2 big ones late so all and all it wasn't a great performance. Lifted a bit afterwards then rode the bike again .... followed up with maybe 60-70g protein shake that tasted ... hmmm, somewhere in between chocolate milk (good) and mountain dew code red (nasty)

now its time to write up a (1) top secret document for MindSay and (2) our incorporation application to make this thing official ... weekend is almost over, really can't wait to go to work tomorrow and surely have to take the lead from my incompotent old hag of a boss in explaining our new data entry project to a bunch of annoying brown nosing interns

now off to Giant to buy the two most important parts of any well-balance diet, Welch's Grape and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup ... outstanding

oh yea and it looks like my hot streak on Wall Street is definitely over ... not only has SanDisk tacked on another 12 bucks since I sold it, but my high-risk play, Interland tanked a nice 30% on Friday and announced a 1:10 split, which basically kills my shot at turning a quick profit on having 500 shares and hoping for a buyout or just any relatively positive news ... looking at two new pharma stocks but I'm not sure I know enough about the industry to be dipping my toes in those waters, we shall see
