easy way to tell if a new band / artist sucks .... their second "single" is just a remix of their first hit. Today I heard a remix of that Evanescence song, which pretty much sucked anyways, but sounded basically the same as the original with some funky keyboard shit

In rap, whatever idiot does that "Right Thurr" song just released a remix as well, not too shocking given his only hit is a Nelly-wannabe track. Thats another thing, whats with all these popish rap songs where rappers are making fun of the way they talk? Isn't that ... lame?

There are many more examples of this remix nonsense, but I will leave it there for now and hope I have made a point. Maybe I didn't, but I did just procrastinate from studying for another 5 mins with this rant
