So apparently there will be an athletic challenge between myself and Al when I arrive in Colorado.  I guess Al is a little bitter I wiped him in the Pound Ridge 5k over the summer and in an effort to avenge his loss is willing to further embarass himself by challenging me to a series of events that I will dominate.  The trash talking has already begun.  Mind you, most of this won't make sense out of context, but I found it amusing (InterAd98 = ME, XXX = danesteepler.mindsay.com)
