Being the exciting guy I am, the only fireworks I watched were just a few minutes ago out the 3rd floor window of my house.  The show seemed to go on for a pretty long time, at least half an hour I'd say.  I didn't see what I would call a "grand finale", but after about 10 seconds of silence, the sirens from the firehouse went on ... not sure if it was symbolic or if something went wrong.  Guess I'll have to buy a newspaper and find out ...
